Peg Perego Pliko Mini Stroller

Finding a lightweight stroller that can keep up during vacation wasn’t hard thanks to Peg Perego sending us the Pliko Mini for review.

push to open – pull to close – couldn’t be easier.

Excellent for traveling and even grows with your child.  Weighing in at only 13lbs it’s extremely easy to tote around.  The one hand fold makes it easier if traveling alone with baby, just pull up and done!  Plus it even stands on it’s own.  Not many strollers do that once folded.

Measuring 19 1/4″ wide, 401/6″ high and 33 1/3″ deep it fits baby with plenty of room for growing.  Since I have a smaller trunk I appreciate that it doesn’t take the entire thing up.  You can lock the wheels in the front or allow them to swivel.  I seem to never go just straight so we leave it on swivel so that we can turn obviously
This stroller has a nice size canopy with a peek-a-boo window that also features a loop to dangle baby’s favorite toy.  The handles are adjustable as well.  It comes with a holder for baby’s bottle or water bottle.  It’s not oversized and will fit a standard size drink.. which is okay but I use a huge water bottle.  It features a 5 point safety harness to keep baby safe while strolling.  One feature we liked is that the strollers wheels match the color of the fabric.  The storage under the stroller is a bit tiny, but to be expected for an umbrella style stroller.
While we love baby wearing the stroller allowed us to stroll around with baby which is something we didn’t do often.  We do prefer baby wearing over strolling, but think that this will definitely come in handle more when she’s too big to be worn.  The stroller has 3 different positions for reclining and the leg rest is also adjustable.  Things hubby pointed out was that the stroller felt too light – he is used to a heavy duty stroller so this is a bit of a transition.  Our other stroller was too heavy for me to even lift into the car on my own.  The recline is a bit clunky at times and I wish it was a bit smother. However over time it has become a little more easier to adjust, broken in you could say.  Otherwise we are really pleased with our Pliko Mini by Peg Perego.Bar on both sides to recline – just lift slightly.

easily pushes up to sitting position.
