We stick to chocolate and homemade treats and brush shortly after. Also be careful with sugary drinks! Like i said before, we’re very lucky, however some children LOVE sugary drinks. Try watering sugary drinks down from the start with a 1 to 4 ratio (1 part juice, 3 parts water) and your child will never know that it’s really watered down. If you give half and half they’ll crave that sugary taste!
