I love yogurt, but more recently I’ve been just drinking Kefir.  I buy the Lifeway Kefir, whole milk!  Kay really enjoys it too.  I typically add fresh berries and a little bit of veggies, making a delicious smoothie!  Did you know Lifeway foods also makes Kefir 32oz Lowfat Cultured Milk Smoothies?!
