Sweet Baby and I have been having fun in the sun, but one thing I always worry about is her little eyes! The sun is so harsh and with all the UV rays I really want her protected everywhere. Real Kids Shades offers eye and face UV protection with their sunglasses and Sun Hat set. Baby loves her Sun Hat Combo Pack and never even tries to take either of them off. Sometimes we don’t wear the sunglasses as the hat is good coverage alone.
The sunglasses have a soft adjustable band that provides comfort and keeps the sunglasses on baby. She thinks they’re too cool since mommy and daddy wear sunglasses too! The sun hat has a velcro closure on the chin strap that keeps that hat on baby without it blowing away. It’s made of polyester and soft cotton that offers UPF 50 protection from the sun. We even use it when it starts raining and we don’t have our umbrella on us.
I love that they have a soft pink for girls and a baby blue for boys! The Sun hat and Sunglasses set fits babies 0-24 months. Baby girl was also sent the Xtreme Elements sunglasses which fit children 0-3 years of age. The Elements are made from shatterproof, impact-resistant polycarbonate. The frames on these have a foam backed polycarbonate for comfort and durability. They also have an adjustable headband like the others and this one comes with a sleeve to clean lenses and protect the shades. I love both sun glass options as baby cannot take them off and her eyes stay protected! Must say the hat has really become a favorite too!
