Growing up my grandmother would make this oregano chicken with canned green beans and mushrooms. I loved the chicken but would pick out the green beans which would give it a metallic taste. I love serving this with sauteed mushrooms on the side since my husband isn’t a big fan of mushrooms. This meal takes just 30-35 minutes to cook up in the oven for a delicious family meal!

I allow it to cool before slicing.

You can slice or I like to chop it up and add it to the oregano oil. We serve over rice with a green veggie on the side, plus mushrooms for me!
