Kid Friendly Fruits and Veggies Carrot Ice Pops using Fresh Fruit and Vegetable Juice

Happy Mini Chef Mondays! Today we’re sharing out Fruits and Veggies “Carrot” Ice Pops. My daughter has been having so much fun with our Mini Chef Mondays series and she’s completely hands on with everything in the kitchen. She loves to help from picking out the ingredients to making and eating it too! She enjoyed KALE! These popsicles have fruits and veggies in them and they’re great for the whole family. This is by far the best popsicle mold we’ve found and it looks just like the ones you’d get in stores.

The homemade fruit juice recipes are great for getting kids to have healthy juices. You could even make these vegetable fruit juices recipes blender style and use a nut milk bag to remove the fruit and vegetable fiber.

We purchased OXO measuring cups since they have a spout (liquid measuring cups) and make it easier for our mini chef in the kitchen.

If you like fresh juice and make it often this is a great way to save your juice and enjoy it later. We just got a juicer and we’re having so much fun with it! If you don’t have a juicer you can simply purchase the juices as the store in the colors we’ve used to make the ice pops look like carrots, we do love our juice recipes though, they’re so tasty! We made these recipes in the  Tribest Solostar 4 Juicer.
