Buttery Caramel Sauce | ShopRite – I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter!® sale #timetobelieve
- 3/4 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
- 6 Tbsp. I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter!® Spread
- 1/3 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 tsp. apple cider vinegar or fresh lemon juice
- Bring brown sugar, I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter!® Spread and cream just to a boil in medium saucepan over high heat. Reduce heat to medium and cook 5 minutes or until just thickened (do not stir). Remove from heat and stir in vinegar.
