BiPro Protein Review – Pina Colada Protein Shake

Posted by Courtney Lopez on

Back in 2006 I was diagnosed with acute Pancreatitis which lasted off and on until 2009.  I was hospitalized for the first three months of diagnosis and basically sent home on a low-fat diet with digestive enzymes.  I had to drink Whey Protein Shakes since protein is harder to digest.. I didn’t know much about protein then – except that it didn’t taste good!   So now that I’m Pancreatitis free I can eat more of what I want.  On the other hand I don’t want to over do anything so I really try to limit fats and proteins still.  Alcohol is not an option and is a total no-no!

Now that I’m working out I really need more protein, but I’m not about to try to digest multiple servings of chicken breast a day.  Instead I set out to find a good protein powder.  The one I took while I had pancreatitis was okay, but didn’t really taste great.  I’ve tried many proteins on the market and unfortunately a lot of them fail on taste.  I also hate that some of them leave me bloated and nauseous.
It wasn’t until about 2 weeks ago until I found the perfect protein.. Seriously I kid you not, it’s practically perfect.  It’s unflavored, no artificial sweeteners, no sugar, no fat, 0 carbs, only 80 calories, 10mg of Calcium, 170mg of Sodium, and 20 grams of LEAN protein.  Please tell me another Whey Protein that has all those amazing qualities?  I can’t can’t find any.  It’s called BiPro and it’s without a doubt a life-saver for my diet.  It’s easy to digest and perfect for after my workout.  BiPro is great for anyone looking to get more protein into their diet.
Most athletes prefer whey protein over soy because of it’s quick absorption rate.  Did I mention that BiPro is NSF Certified? “Recently NSF (National Sanitation Foundation) International, The Public Health and Safety Company, approved this 100% natural Whey Protein Isolate as meeting the requirements of NSF’s Athletic Banned Substances Certification Program.”
BiPro has also been recognized by MLB (Major League Baseball), NFL (National Football League), CCEES (Canadian Centre for Ethics in Sports), LPGA (Ladies Professional Golf Association), and the PGA (Professional Golf Association)!
BiPro USA is a local Minnesota Company, and is considered to be the most nutritionally complete protein available and is completely safe for men and women of all ages.  I like to drink my BiPro Protein shakes right after my workouts.  BiPro suggests that it’s best to take right after working out or in the morning when your body needs fuel and energy.
Did I mention I’m lactose in-tolerant?  For some reason I can only eat certain things with lactose (quality yogurts, some milk products) and I’m happy knowing that I can always enjoy my BiPro because it’s completely safe for those who are lactose-intolerant and vegetarian.
I actually enjoy drinking my BiPro with coffee and milk, chocolate milk, and in my smoothies.  One smoothie I enjoy about once a week is my Pina Colada Protein Shake, which BiPro is perfect for since it’s unflavored.

I just ordered my first big container of BiPro and can’t wait to receive it since I’m already out of my samples.  BiPro shared a coupon code and I want to share the savings with you!  Use code WHEY2011 to get $5 off your order!

Disclaimer:  I asked BiPro for a sample of their product before purchasing.  They sent me a sample along with a BiPro BlenderBottle.  I was not asked to post a review, nor was I compensated in any way for posting.
