If I could pick any vehicle of my choosing it would be the 2015 Chevrolet Tahoe LTZ 4WD SUV. Special thanks to Chevy for letting us borrow it for the week! I love everything about this SUV, but I mostly love it for the size. We own a truck and I just love being up high. Maybe I have a short girl complex and finally being tall is fun, but seriously.. who doesn’t love a beast mode vehicle? This is beast mode family style. It’s extremely roomy and can handle any task it’s given.
Usually we’ll take our truck to the local farm and it’s a bit bump with the suspension. When we took the Chevy Tahoe it was like it was effortless for it to take every single bump! We could really feel the magnetic ride control suspension doing it’s job. Then after we went blueberry picking at the farm we were able to enjoy ourselves in the back of the trunk.
It’s so roomy even with the 3rd row down for storage.
If you need even more storage the back seats easily fold up as well.
Talking about the third row, this was the most comfortable third row we’ve seen since we tried a mini-van. I just love the room it has for a growing family. We plan to have more children and the 2015 Chevrolet Tahoe hit every mark for our wants list and more. While we usually check IIHS for safety ratings, it seems they haven’t tested this vehicle.
That being said, the 2015 Chevrolet Tahoe received a 4 star overall score from the government safety ratings, 5 stars across for frontal and side crash for driver and passenger and a 3 for rollover. It’s equipped with forward collision alert, side blind zone alert with lane departure warning and of course a rear camera.
I really loved how I was able to charge my camera battery in this car! One thing I wasn’t too fond is that it has a large spot on the armrest for charging your cell phone. I do think it’s clever and with the times, but it’s not something I want or need. That doesn’t mean it would stop me from buying this vehicle, just a personal preference to not have it there.
The 2015 Chevrolet Tahoe starts at $46,300 and the vehicle shown totals at $67,870. It’s an excellent vehicle for larger families or someone who just wants that higher SUV, like me!
